There is no Sindhi Language on Currency note either

Check the Indian Currency Notes, There is no mention of Sindhi Language.

Looks like Government had already disowned Sindhi community long back.

Nepali is not even national language, but there is translation in Nepali Language on Indian Currency Notes.

My Question is to eminent Sindhis...

LK Advani:
Did you notice such dis-ownership by Indian Government while you were Deputy Prime Minister of India? Is it because Sindhis were never vote bank ?

Ram Jethmalani: With due respect, you fought so many controversial cases. Did you ever felt the biggest controversy ever happened was with our community?

Hinduja Brothers: Why did you make Ashok Leyland & Indus Ind Bank?

Hiranandanis:
Why do you strive to create Architectural Benchmarks?

Vishal Dadlani:
Why did create that mesmerizing music for Om Shanti Om, Jhankar Beats, Salam Namaste?

What makes all of you proud?

Have you given up your mother tongue and culture?

What makes you ashamed to call yourself as Sindhi?

Then why don't we all stand up and say Sindhis should not be ignored.

We are small but highly talented and great business community.

It is not because of our population but the contribution to Indian Economy, we should be treated well. Our culture traditions & language should be protected.

Please recognize us as part of India.

  2. I hate advani ji for not doing anything for sindhis when he was in power....I was in a misconception before that 5th one from top was sindhi, but I came to know that it was not sindhi only after I learnt it(sindhi script) myself( as I didn't expect learning it from my parents!).
Its a shame that it isn't pointed out.. Only sindhis can protect their culture themselves...no one would ever come forward to protect a culture that isn't his or her own..So nothing cant be expected from current govt. of india...
Leaving the government aside as nothing can be expected from them, we should on our own try as far as possible to protect our language and culture. Sindhi youth aren't sindhi anymore as only very few of them might be knowing their language. Even I dont! but its not my fault, its the fault of my parents who never spoke with me in sindhi...
So many bengalis are dispersed in big cities, but they do speak bengali among themselves..So its not necessary that statehood can promote a language..although it plays an important role in preserving a language, but if one wants he/she can still keep his/her language alive.

  4. I am an international sindhi and i am proud to be a sindhi.I speak sindhi even when i shop.
Regarding creating sindh in India for sindhi hindus first we must decide where we want sindh to be located. Then we must request all retired sindhis to go and live there. Also all proud sindhis should wear logo on their shirt everyday stating "I am a Sindhi".first people may laugh but later they will take us seriously if they want to trade with us and want our money.Over time as we will grow we will automatically get our recognition.Sindhis must first take themselves seriously before others will take them seriously. When we will have the numbers people willtake us seriously sindh will follow. All the commercial goods manufacturing companies will even show ads in sindhi to win us and to sell their goods to us. We will have a sindhi tv channel and sindhi fm radio stations.India does nothave a problem with sindhis. But sindhis must ask the govt of india what they want after getting together in numbers.Rajan Kumar Makhija.8109-301-302.
